Hosting
The application runs on Vercel, in the United States.
Database
Your data is stored in a managed Postgres database on Neon, in the Sydney region (ap-southeast-2).
Encryption in transit
Every connection — your browser to Hando, and Hando to its database and service providers — is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), everywhere, always.
Drafting your replies
Drafts are generated via the Anthropic API. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models, per their commercial terms.
Transactional emails (sign-in links, notifications, weekly reports) are sent via Resend.
We never sell your data
We don’t sell or rent personal information to anyone, for any reason — ever.
Per-tenant isolation
Hando is multi-tenant. Every query is scoped to your tenant — one business can never see another business’s leads, drafts, or settings.
Webhook secrets
Your lead-ingestion webhook secret can be rotated at any time from Settings — the old secret stops working the moment you do.
Deletion on request
Ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing giovanni@epsolution.com.au. We’ll action it within a reasonable time.
